Appl #2 May-Mid June: A slow release granular fertilizer with second PRE-EMERGENT
herbicide.  We add INSECTICIDE when insects are active.

Appl #3 Mid June-July: An INSECTICIDE for WHITE GRUB control.

Appl #4 August: A slow release granular fertilizer and IRON. We will also apply 
INSECTICIDE if insects are active.

Appl #5 September-Mid October: An early fall granular slow release fertilizer with IRON.
We add INSECTICIDE if any insects are still active.

Appl #6 November-Mid December: A late fall granular fertilizer to promote a quick green 
color in the spring

• BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL IS INCLUDED WITH EACH APPL., EXCEPT THE 6TH, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE

Deluxe: Consists of our FULL SERVICE programs PLUS an aeration to relieve soil Compaction from our hot and dry summers.

Zoysia: Consists of our applications #2 through #4.  Applications #1, #5, and #6 are not needed as the lawn is not actively growing due to cooler temperatures.  We also recommend Zoysia be aerated and power raked in early May.

Renovation: To repair damaged lawns due to weather, insects, or disease

Fungicides: For control of severe lawn disease

Soil Test: To provide an understanding of the soil PH and nutrients may need to be added, i.e., lime, sulfur, and other micro-nutrients
